    • Services are commissioned individually under a specific agreement with each client.

    4.Commissioning services

    Services will be commissioned through a business proposal, a quote and acceptance by the client. Each project may include specific conditions such as scope, delivery timelines, deliverables, costs and payment method.

    5.Payments

    Payment terms will be established in each proposal or agreement. In general:

  • Projects may require an advance payment before work begins
  • Full or partial payment will be required for final delivery
  • Payments are non-refundable once the project has begun, unless otherwise agreed

    • 6.Intellectual property

    All content on this website (text, design, images, logos) is owned by AMORODO or used with permission. For client projects:

  • The client acquires the rights to use the final work once the project has been paid in full
  • AMORODO may retain the right to display the work in its portfolio, unless a confidentiality agreement applies

    • 7.Liability

    AMORODO will not be liable for:

  • Damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site
  • Specific business results (sales, conversions)
  • Misuse of the deliverables by the client

    • 8.Changes

    AMORODO reserves the right to modify the content of the site and update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication.

    9.Third-party links

    This site may contain links to external websites. AMORODO is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.

    10.Data protection

    The processing of personal data is governed by our  Privacy Notice.

    11.Applicable law

    These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent authorities of Mexico City.

    12.Acceptance
